Return Policy

DGPal goes to lengths to ensure that your interests are protected when you shop with us. In line with this, our after-sale services are designed to maximize your flexibility so you can make the most from your purchases.

1) 30 Days No-Hassle Return & Refund

DGPal.com offers a “No-hassle” 30 Days Return and Refund Policy. If you change your mind and want to return the item for a refund, you can contact our customer services department to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)number and return your items within thirty (30) days of purchase.

2) 30 Days Return to Exchange Item

DGPal.com also offers a “30 Days Return to Exchange Item” policy. If the product you bought has no quality problem but just not matches your requirement you can require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within thirty (30) days from purchase date for exchanging for a different model or product. In this case, price difference will be charged for exchange item if needs.

Notes:

  • Item(s) are returned must be in brand new and resalable condition with original packaging including cartons, parts and instructions manual etc.
  • Buyers are responsible for cost of return postage; we will cover all expense of sending replacement. For protection, we strongly recommend that buyers insure return shipment against loss or damages, and that use a shipper that can provide proof of delivery. 
  • Any return must enquire us first, to send back without RMA # (given by our customer service) will not be accepted. 
  • Our refund policy is only to refund the purchase price (not including shipping and handling or insurance charges).
  • We do not have responsibility to response on item lost during returning.
  • Any exchange or refund must be processed after we received your returned items.
  • Items that exceeds the warranty period does not included in the Return/Replace/Refund Policy.

3) Return a product for warranty service

DGPal offer a standard 12 month limited warranty service for all our products except some specified products.

Please read the following after-sales terms first so as to better under DGPal warranty:

  • 1.Missing Item - Items missed completely or partially from an order 
  • 2.Cosmetic Damage - Physical damage on products' surface or shell 
  • 3.Wrong Product Received - Product that is completely different from DGPal web description 
  • 4.  Verified Functional Failure - Failure that makes the device unable to use, repairing of which needs to change board, screen or reset cables etc. 
  • 5.  Customer Induced Damage - Damage caused by customer's incorrect operation or insufficient protection, including but not limited to screen broken, moisture, scratch, rust etc. 
  • 6.  (Defect) Can Not Duplicate - Product is claimed as defective by customers. But it is tested as "No Defect" by DGPal engineer upon receiving. 
  • 7.  Out Of Warranty - Product that exceeds the warranty period 
  • 8.  Non-Authorization Return - Customer returns the products without DGPal authorization (RMA Approval)
  • 9.  Warranty Period - A period which is defined as “From the shipping date (on DGPal web) to the RMA application date”.
